Delivery

Delivery within the UK is free. All deliveries will be processed and dispatched within 7-21 days.

Shipping Rates

As an average indicator of shipping costs using Royal Mail please have a look at the following guidelines.

Countries within Europe (EU)
Orders under £50 will have a shipping cost of £5.95
Orders above £50 will have a shipping cost of £5.00
(This is a standard non-signed service. If you require your parcel via signed for and tracked, an additional £5.95 will be charged.)

International- Countries outside EU (Worldwide)
Orders under £50 will have a shipping cost of £12.00
Orders over £50 will have a shipping cost of £6.00
(This price includes a signed for and tracked service.)

Returns

We pray that you will always be delighted with the products you order from us. However,in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of recieving your goods. If you wish to return or exchange your goods, please follow the instructions below:

1) Please email masoomah@hotmail.co.uk. within 14 days of receiving you item to inform us that you will be returning the item or require an exchange. The item must come back in perfect order with swing ticket in place, unwashed and unworn. Used or customer-damaged items cannot be funded or exchanged.

2) After receiving your email our customer service team will email you a returns address.

3) All returned items must also be returned using recorded delivery-as in the event of the returned item being lost in transit-we will not be able to issue a refund. The cost of returning the unwanted goods is the responsibility of the customer. In the case of an incorrect item or a faulty item being dispatched Masoomah will take responsibility for the return postage. We will credit your original method of payment excluding delivery (unless the goods ordered were faulty or not what you ordered).

Exclusion to the return and money back guarantee policy-Please note that any jilbabs which are tailor made or made to measure(special orders ie taller sisters or larger sizes which are non standard sizes stocked by Masoomah) are excluded from our returns policy.

Exclusion to the return and money back guarantee policy includes items purchased on the 40% off Clearance Sale.

Processing Returns and Exchanges We will endeavour to process all refunds and exchanges as quickly as possible but please allow at least 14 days within busy periods.
